Why participate?

The idea of a holiday trade fair in Leuven has been pondered on for many years and today we found this is a perfect opportunity to launch a professional alternative. Qua size, market segment and budget the smaller fairs and qua originality the larger fairs are no comparison with the Holiday Trade fair in Leuven.
The central location of Leuven and the ease of accessibility to the fair is an extra plus point.
Furthermore we want to share our social obligation and therefore all proceeds will be donated to various charities. Children of the world- travel must become a right.

Participation

The price of renting a stand is quoted in the application form.
Included in the rent is the following:
Formula 1: The total m2 rented (the bare stand area)
Formula 2: The total m2 rented, standard wall (closed sides), standard frionton with one company's name (open side), (for stands larger than 56 m2 : a small storage space), fixed carpet lighting (one 100w lamp per 4 m2 stand area).
All other participation costs and taxes will be charged to the participants.

Besides the rent of the stand each participant will be charged a € 350 participation fee regardless of the chosen formula or stand area.

Stand area
The number of open sides is the determining factor for the minimum area required:

• 1 open side (row stand): from 12 m2 or 16 m2


• 2 open sides (corner stand): from 12 m2 or 16 m2


• 3 open sides (main stand): from 24 m2 or 28 m2


• 4 open sides (island stand): on request

Rates

Formula 1 : € 80 m2
Included is the rent of the bare stand area. The construction, arranging and dismantling of the stand is the responsibility of the participant.

Formula 2 : € 120 m2
Included is the rent of a readymade stand (white panels with an aluminium border), furnished with:

• Walls and one fronton with your company's name


• Fixed carpet (choice from 4 standard colours)


• One 100w halogen lamp per 4 m2 stand area


• Area larger than 56 m2: a compact storage area

Formula 3 : hoteliers co-exhibitors: € 350
Hoteliers, Guesthouse and B&B's will have the opportunity to rent an area of 3 m2 (Formula 2 with a desk and general reception area) in our hotel group stand. With the fixed fee you will enjoy all the promotional advantages and will be seen as a full participant.

Fixed Rights
Fixed fee for exhibitors: € 350
The fixed fee is regardless of the type or size of the stand rented.
Included in the participation fee:

• 50 free entry tickets for your customers and contacts


• Mailing stickers for your company post


• Exhibitors badges (available online)


• 2 parking tickets & entrance to the exhibitors parking


• Your personal internet page in www.DeVakantieMarkt.be from 1st of November 2010.



• Mention in the fair's magazine.


• Mention in the 'Vakantiekrant' (holiday newspaper).
